Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

• Orders. Name, delivery address or chosen parcel locker, email, phone, and what you bought. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Kept for 10 years as required by Lithuanian accounting law.
• Payments. Processed entirely by Paysera LT, UAB. We receive confirmation that you paid; we never see or store your card or bank credentials. Paysera's own privacy policy applies to the payment step.
• Newsletter. Your email address, only if you subscribe, confirmed by double opt-in. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
• Account. If you create one: your order history and saved address. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Correspondence. Emails you send us, kept as long as needed to handle the matter.

Cookies

The shop uses only functional cookies needed for the bag and checkout to work. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first via a cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

Visitor statistics

To understand how the site is used, we collect visitor statistics with Matomo, an open-source tool installed on our own server. It uses no cookies, IP addresses are anonymised, and the data is not passed to any third party or used for advertising. We only see aggregated information: which pages people view, where they come from and what kind of device they use. If your browser has Do Not Track switched on, your visit is not counted. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the shop.

Who else sees data

Our processors: Hostinger, UAB (hosting, EU servers), Paysera LT, UAB (payments), Omniva LT, UAB / AB Lietuvos paštas / courier companies (delivery - they receive your name, contact and the chosen locker or address), and our email service for order and newsletter emails. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@house1888.com. If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you may complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI, vdai.lrv.lt).
