The shop at house1888.com is operated by House 1888, MB, a small partnership registered in the Republic of Lithuania. Company code 308075310. Registered address: Vokiečių g. 1, Aukštkiemių k., LT-92359 Klaipėdos r., Lithuania. Contact: info@house1888.com. House 1888, MB is not a VAT payer; all prices shown are final.

Ordering

An order is placed by adding items to the bag and completing checkout. After payment you receive an order confirmation by email; that confirmation is when the sales contract is concluded. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example a stock error), we will contact you and refund in full without delay.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and are final. Payment is processed by Paysera LT, UAB through bank-link and card payments; we never see or store your banking credentials. Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Made to order

Some pieces are made to order or personalised (for example cut to your dog's measurements or stamped). These are marked as such on the product page. Under EU consumer law, personalised and made-to-measure items are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal; everything else can be returned as described in our Returns policy.

Delivery

We currently ship within Lithuania: Omniva parcel locker (2.90 EUR), courier to the door (4.90 EUR), free delivery on orders over 100 EUR. Each piece is made once your order is received: making takes 1 to 10 working days. See Served countries for expansion plans.

Returns and complaints

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, as described in the Returns policy. You can do this online through the Withdraw from contract link, which you will find at the bottom of every page of the site and in your order email. For quality complaints, statutory warranty rights under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania apply: write to info@house1888.com and we will resolve it. If you consider that we have not resolved your complaint, you may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt, Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius) or to court.

Product safety and use

Our products are gear for dogs, not toys. Check fit and condition regularly, and stop using any piece with damaged stitching or hardware. If, in normal use, a seam opens or hardware fails because of a fault in the materials or the making, write to info@house1888.com: we will repair, replace or refund (see Returns).
