To do so, tell us before the deadline by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@house1888.com\">info@house1888.com<\/a> - a clear statement is enough, or you can use the model form below.<\/p>\n<p>The easiest way is online: at the bottom of every page of our site and in your order email you will find the link <a href=\"\/en\/withdraw\/\">Withdraw from contract<\/a>. There you identify the order, check the statement and confirm it with the \"Confirm withdrawal\" button, and we email you an acknowledgement at once, with the content of the statement and the date and time. You do not need an account.<\/p>\n<h2>How the return works<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us: House 1888, MB, Vokie\u010di\u0173 g. 1, Auk\u0161tkiemi\u0173 k., LT-92359 Klaip\u0117dos r., Lithuania (or the Omniva locker return method we will suggest by email).<\/li>\n<li>The direct cost of returning the goods is yours.<\/li>\n<li>We refund the full price of the goods plus our standard delivery charge, using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of sending, whichever is earlier.<\/li>\n<li>The item should come back unused, in its original condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Exceptions<\/h2>\n<p>Items <strong>made to order or personalised<\/strong> (made to your dog's measurements, stamped, or otherwise customised - always marked as such on the product page) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 6.228-10 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Quality issues with such items are of course still covered by statutory warranty.<\/p>\n<h2>Faulty items<\/h2>\n<p>If something arrives damaged or a fault appears in normal use, this policy is not the limit of your rights: statutory warranty applies.
